30 Seconds To Escape is a mobile game for iPhone made by an independent developer ("we"). This policy explains what data the game uses and the choices you have.
The game has no login, no account and no game server. We do not ask for your name, email, phone number or location, and we do not run our own analytics.
Your progress, scores, settings and local records (for example daily-challenge bests) are saved in a file on your device. This data is never sent to us. Deleting the app deletes it.
The optional daily reminder is off until you turn it on. It is a notification created on your device: no data is sent anywhere. You can turn it off in the game's Settings or in iOS Settings.
The game may show ads provided by Google AdMob (Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC): a rewarded video you can choose to watch for a hint or extra time, and an ad between rooms. When the device is online, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect and process:
Google uses this data to deliver, measure and improve ads and to prevent fraud, and, where you consent, to show personalised ads. See How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and Google's Privacy Policy.
Personalised advertising and use of device identifiers are based on your consent. Non-personalised ad delivery, fraud prevention and ad measurement rely on legitimate interests, as described by Google. You have the right to access, correct, delete or object to processing, and to complain to your data protection authority (in the Netherlands: Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens). As we hold no personal data ourselves, requests about ad data are best directed to Google; we are happy to help — contact us at the email above.
The game is not directed at children under 13, and ad requests are limited to a maximum content rating of PG.
We may update this policy; the date above shows the latest version.
